About the Author

Bruna S. Caravousanos was born and raised in Brazil. She gratuated in Education​, and worked for four years as a teacher in private schools in her country. In 2008 she went to America where she attended the Au Pair Program for two years. During the program, she attended classes in Advanced English ​​​​​​​​​​​​​at ALCC​ (American Language. Communications Center); Preparation for TOEFEL at the University C.W. Post; and Business and Marketing at Baruch College. In 2009, Bruna began her writing career with her first literary work "Survival Guide for Au Pairs", a book based on the cultural exchange program Au Pair. In 2012, inspired by the same program, the author created a children's book named "Searching for a Nanny". Which was illustrated by her ​, as an attempt to become more independent on the steps of producing books. Still in 2012 she wrote and illustrated the book "My Biggest Dream...", which was inspired​ by two children she had the pleasure to meet​. At this present moment she is working in a couple of  children's book projects.
